Having recently moved to a Shopify website, Love Kate’s we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Agency that could support with the migration from Mailchimp to Klaviyo.
The primary objectives included developing an email marketing strategy that combined automated messaging with strategic monthly campaigns, leveraging A/B testing, and delivering insightful analysis and reporting. Managing the setup, testing, and optimisation of automated email flows was also a critical element.
With a goal to increase AOV by promoting their new range of gifts alongside their infamous collection of cards for every occasion. We created a strategy aimed towards driving increased engagement, improving conversion rates, and providing actionable insights into audience behaviour and demographics.
Developing a comprehensive A/B testing schedule to gain deeper insights into database engagement with email communications, enabling us to tailor messaging for enhanced performance and improved results.
We began by auditing their current database and performance, gaining insights into successful strategies and identifying challenges. Additionally, we conducted a deeper industry analysis to uncover opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
We developed an A/B testing schedule to gain deeper insights into their audience’s behaviour and preferences. The testing period was strategically timed to coincide with their peak season, ensuring maximum insights to inform their Q4 strategy.
This is where their automated flows came into their own, enabling us to create a series of messages personalised to each consumer based on factors such as past purchases or browsing behaviour. We used segmentation to gain deeper insights into consumer behavior and to identify groups of customers with shared interests, allowing us to deliver hyper-targeted communications.
